I wanted to check in and see if any other jurisdictions are noticing an uptick in AI-generated residential plans coming through for things like patio covers, sunrooms, additions, etc.

We've had a few recently that look okay from a distance but construction wise they make zero sense. They have impossible geometry, floating or disconnected members, missing connections, incorrect scaling and just physically impossible structural layouts.

I hope one of these Picassos never make it to the field. Are any of you seeing these in your areas yet? If so, how are your departments handling and rejecting them? Would love to hear what you all are doing!
